      <image:title>About - About Me</image:title>
<image:caption>I hold a masters degree in social work from Smith College School for Social Work, where I trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and attachment trauma. My current practice is informed by additional training in trauma-focused and somatic work, and I have advanced training in Relational psychoanalytic psychotherapy. My years in community social work, including hospital-based emergency psychiatric care, deeply inform my practice and belief that everyone deserves accessible therapy. My pronouns are she/her.</image:caption>

<image:caption>As we go through life, often we learn that we need to hide-- to silence our true selves or obscure our real feelings. Eventually we can start to lose track of ourselves internally, repeating emotional and behavioral patterns that don’t serve us or align with our values. I believe that through a therapeutic relationship we can nurture these parts of ourselves that have been wounded and reclaim a clearer sense of self. While this work begins in our sessions, over time it permeates the rest of your life, deepening both your relationships with others and with yourself.</image:caption>
